The structure of the Workforce Information Database is a product of the Analyst Resource Center Consortium.  The Consortium  periodically reviews the structure of the WID, and makes modifications when they deem it is appropriate to do so.  When modifications occur, a new version of the WID is created. The ARC maintains documentation and provide support for the current and past two versions of the WID.
